CLARET JUGS, Decanters French Sterling Silver, PAIR Napoléon III Outstandingly lovely & rare pair of French .950 Antique Sterling Silver and Acid etched Baccarat Crystal Wine Decanters, Aiguières Circa 1870. Dimensions are 11" Tall x 3.75" Diameter for each. CONDITION WORKMANSHIP & QUALITY are excellent with no mineral deposits + both Lids are tight. Look at the acid Etched CRYSTAL design and the the Silver workmanship which displays the hand of a Master Silversmith which created both. This pair was most likely designed for both Burgundy and Bordeaux Wines. No residue or cloudiness in the Crystal Bodies of each Decanter. Unless you have been searching for a pair of Sterling Decanters, you won't understand how difficult or, how RARE it is to find examples like this Pair. PLEASE look carefully at the larger photos. CLARET JUG Continental Sterling Silver & Crystal Art Nouveau(1885-1919) Outstandingly beautiful Continental Sterling Silver and etched Crystal Claret Jug or Wine Decanter.
DIMENSIONS are 11.25" Tall x 6" Diameter to Crystal Base CONDITION WORKMANSHIP & QUALITY are simply superb. Look at the Etched all over design of Grape Leaves and the the Silver workmanship which displays the hand of a Master Silversmith. The Handle is conceived as Grape Vines which are interwoven. The is a feeling of 'Solid' both in the Silver mounts and in the Body of the Decanter itself. No residue or cloudiness in the Crystal Body of the Decanter. SUGAR CASTER, English, XIXth Century, Victorian Antique English Sugar Caster from the Victorian era. Made of hand-blown
Victorian Art Glass in varying pastel shades, and decorated with a Hand-Painted
enamel Flowers that encircle the bottle. Mounts are plated English
Silver. Dimensions: about 6.25" high to top x 1 7/8" across
the bottom. Condition & Quality are excellent with only normal
usage wear. No dings on either the top or the collar. Stamped: E.P.N.S.

BACCARAT Crystal Rafraichissoir, Seau à Champagne - Musée Bouilhet-Christofle MUSEUM Quality antique French BACCARAT Crystal and Gilt Silver Champagne, Wine or Ice bucket was made in France Circa 1929. Another is in the Museum of Baccarat in Paris. The Crystal is CLEAR. Known in France as a Rafraichissoir, Seau à Champagne. Very heavy weighing about 10 pounds and in remarkably fine condition with no chips, no cracks, no repairs. The crystal is signed twice by Baccarat, once on the bottom with the usual acid etched signature (see photos) and again, on one side at the bottom front "Baccarat" (see photos). Dimensions: 9" tall x 7" in diameter across the top x 10" in diameter from handle to handle. The crystal 1" thick at the angles. CONDITION WORKMANSHIP & QUALITY are exceptional. Sorry, SOLD |

Pair BACCARAT Opal Crystal VASES These Antique French Baccarat Vases are made of 'OPAL CRYSTAL' which is opaque and can be milky white or with some color; this is done using metallic oxides. Each vase has its paper Baccarat Factory mark on the base which was used before the turn of the century. French PEACH BLOW Art Glass VASE French hand blown Antique Art Glass vase, rare. I have seen Fenton, Imperial etc. but never a vase like this. There are wonderful shades of differing soft, milky hues of peach. It has a fluted top with one small mark that looks original to the piece. It certainly doesn't detract from this exquisite vase. Stands about 8.75" high, has a base diameter of about 3.5" and a top diameter of about 5". Excellent Condition. Absolutely breathtaking!! $268 |
