Simply a fantastic Enlish Sterling Silver 3 pc Tea Service with all 3 pcs assayed in Birmingham, 1939 by Silversmith, SD&CoLtd. Hallmarked fom a London REGENT Street Jeweler, one of the World's most prestigious Streets known for the finest Jewelers & Silversmiths. This is a 'Top Quality' Set which weighs a staggering +/- 800 grams, or 26 Troy Oz. Handmade by one of England's most respected Silversmith, each piece was Handcrafted and bears the English Sterling Hallmarks which are clear and deep for both the Silversmith and 1939. Antique Pair of BABY BRUSHES in solid French .950 Silver and Enamelled in the finest French Enamel with an Engine Turned Pattern. The Natural Bristles are set in IVORY. Very beautifully decorated & each is Hallmarked both by Parisian Silversmith Veissière, Jean at 12, rue d'Enghien Paris, 3rd Arrondisement. Reference is P. 11 Dictionnaire des Poinçons, d’Orfèvrerie. Also, each Brush has the French Minerve N°1 Hallmark indicating its the finest French Silver, finer than Sterling (Reference is the Silver Book, "Tardy, Les poinçons d'argent @ P.199). Art Nouveau Sterling & IVORY Scottish Server / 'Presenation TROWEL

SUPERB Art Nouveau Unique, very Unusual & Exceptional 'Scottish' Sterling Silver & 'Ivory' Handle Presentation Trowel in excellent condition with one very tiny chip in the Ivory where it meets the Silver of the Trowel. Makes a practical & wonderful Table Decoration & Conversation piece. Very heavy, weighing about 370 grams. No inscription. The Silver has good clear Hallmarks both on the handle and the Blade with 3 Scottish Silver Hallmarks and the Silvermaker's Mark: "R.S. on top of W.S. in 4 conjoined Circles, Quatrefoil, Mark + Glasgow, Lion & Date Letter E" for 1901. -"SORLEY, SILVERSMITHS, GLASGOW". Robert and William Sorley were leading Glasgow Jewelers and Silversmiths, received their Mark in 1877. CONDITION WORKMANSHIP & QUALITY are outstanding. SEE item #180283259296 Sold $1760.

UNSURPASSED Leg of Lamb Holder Clamp 'manche à gigot' used to hold a Leg of Lamb. The inlaid Silver, Gold & Mother of Pearl artistry on the Handle is exquisite and considering its use, this Handle is in near pristine condition. The Handle is made of Ebony Wood and is inlaid with Silver, Gold and Mother of Pearl. It is not signed. The Handle is 8" Long and weighs approx. 140 grams. Practical, Decorative and very Collectible. NOTE the detail of the sculpted Silver Lion's Head in the larger Photo.

Fabulous Service for 6, 12 pcs including 6 Knives & 6 Forks in their original Oak Presentation Box. Dimensions Forks (18cm) 7" Long & Knives (20cm) 8" Long. Probably made Circa 1925 the Service is in remarkably fine condition. Beautifully decorated engraving on the knives and the forks. Handles in Ivory (or Bakelite). Extremely fine XIXth Century massive Silver DISH, probably Continental or German Silver. Dimensions: about 5" x 4". CONDITION & QUALITY are excellent. Beautifully detailed Tavern scene with many people. Note the fine filigree work and overall detail on the outside edges of this Dish. Use is for Chocolates, Candies, or just decoration. The Silver Hallmarks are at the outside top left edge of the interior scene and I have not identified them.

Fine Vintage and possibly antique Tea Strainer in plated Silver stamped on the bottom of the thumb rest"Germany + Maker's Mark 'Qist' in a Circle" and stamped again on the inside of the strainer itself and again on the bottom of the drip plate. CONDITION, WORKMANSHIP & QUALITY are excellent with minor surface scratches and wear consistent with careful use and age.

Antique Coffee Pot from the famous French Silversmiths, 'Ercuis'. This French firm was not as commercial as Christofle and, their quality may be superior. Fine heavily plated Silver with no dents or dings nor repairs and the CONDITION, WORKMANSHIP & QUALITY are excellent. Handle of Ebony wood in fine condition. Hinge for top works perfectly.
