This is a Rare find. Have it attached to your umbrella to make that Umbrella, a 'work of art'. Circa Napoléon III, 1870. Dimensions: Handle is 3.8cm High x 5.8cm Long x 1.2 cm diameter of the Hole. Provenance: Former French Actress. Fully Hallmarked with 3 French Charancon Silver Hallmarks. Considering this pair are nearly 100 years young and the Spring Loaded Mechanism still works very well.
